I recently found this piece of artwork at a gallery walk in Boulder, CO. It reminds me of "strong women" and therefore was fitting for the occasion.
It's Mother's Day and I have a very special person to celebrate!
My mother Allain VanLaanen is a woman of many talents. She is an amazing artist, teacher, mountaineer, botanist, agriculturist, single mom, musician, song writer, and the most kind and generous person I know. She is so strong, vibrant and full of life. Thanks mom for bringing me into the world and filling my life with so much joy! I love you!
